Andy Harries is the Chair of Left Bank Pictures, a multi-award-winning film and television production company, which he founded in 2007.

At Left Bank, Harries has executive-produced drama shows and films for UK broadcasters and international streamers, including six seasons of The Crown, which won 21 Emmys and over 350 international awards. Forthcoming productions include the television adaptation of James Graham's award-winning play Dear England.

Harries was previously Controller of Drama, Comedy and Film at ITV in London and Granada in Manchester. He produced classic series including Cold Feet, The Royle Family, and Prime Suspect 6 and 7. The Queen was a worldwide hit and Harries received an Academy Award nomination as a producer, one of six nominations which saw Helen Mirren win Best Actress (2007).

Harries was awarded the BAFTA Special Achievement award in 2007, and, in 2019, was appointed OBE for services to film and television.
