Claude Borna started her career as a senior consultant at Deloitte in the United Kingdom. Later, at Amazon, she managed several product categories, including video content for the UK and France. She then joined Sony Pictures, where she established the European Department of Strategic Planning and Innovation based in London, and later served as Senior Vice President in charge of global business strategy for video distribution and major global accounts including Amazon and Netflix. 

Claude joined the Presidency of Benin (West Africa) in 2016 with the ambitious task of designing and implementing Sèmè City. This regional campus offers best-in-class academic and incubation programs with a strong focus on the creative and cultural industries. By fostering innovation, it contributes to the emergence of a new generation of talents and encourages the economic development of Benin and the region. 

Claude holds an MBA in entertainment Management from the Anderson School at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and a Bachelor's degree from McGill University in Canada.
