Hayley leads the Filming in England national team, dedicated to providing comprehensive production support to feature film and high-end TV productions to shoot in England, outside of London.  Her focus is on ensuring communities across the nation benefit from the profile, job opportunities and economic benefits generated by the sector. 

Hayley provides leadership and advocacy for the sector, developing partnerships and strategies with local government and key stakeholders to foster a film-friendly production environment. 

Hayley started out at the Film Commission for Hertfordshire and holds over 25 years’ experience of delivering production services and championing England as a world-class filming destination.
