Kate Phibbs is a London-based, BAFTA-nominated producer and Head of Studio at Film Soho’s flagship virtual production stage, The V Studio. The V Studio is Soho’s most advanced VP facility serving high-end film, television and commercial productions.

A specialist in virtual production strategy and execution, Kate works at the intersection of creative ambition and technical innovation. Previously a Virtual Production Development Producer at Dimension Studio, she worked closely with filmmakers to design VP-led workflows from concept through delivery, ensuring VP technologies were deployed with precision to facilitate storytelling.

Kate holds an MA in Producing Film & Television from the National Film and Television School. Her career began in large-scale international broadcast as Head of Operations at 3xScreen Media, where she led global teams delivering major live productions, including the Rio Olympic Games, the Rugby World Cup and the Oscars red carpet.
