Khaled Gad is the IE7 Group CEO, having joined the group in 2020 as its strategic director. He oversees Idris Elba’s UK and international portfolio of companies, including his family office and media businesses. 

Khaled has a background in political economy, and is a BAFTA-winning producer in animation, Golden Arrow-winning producer in branded content, and Grierson-nominated in documentary. Prior to joining the IE7 Group Khaled worked with the US government to build international strategic communications capacity.
