Lee Young
Lee Young is a Principal in Production & Incentive Planning. He leads global incentive strategy across film, television, and streaming productions, partnering closely with finance, legal, production, and government stakeholders to optimize tax credits and production economics.
With two decades at The Walt Disney Company, Lee has been instrumental in shaping enterprise-wide incentive planning, integrating indirect tax, data management, and technology innovation to support large-scale domestic and international productions. His experience spans studio operations, legislative advocacy, and the management of above‑the‑line and below‑the‑line incentive impacts on production budgets.
Prior to Disney, Lee worked at Accenture, PwC, and Arthur Andersen, where he led major tax automation and advisory initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from DePaul University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
