Valerie Guerette-Langlais is currently the Head of Production Tax & Incentives at A24 Films.  Valerie oversees all production tax and incentive matters across all of A24’s Films, TV Series, and Docs, including other Studio-related and public policy initiatives.  

Valerie began her career working on the set of features such as “Rise of The Apes”, and “X-Men: Days of Future Past” in Canada for 20th Century Fox, before relocating to Los Angeles in 2013 to continue working for the Studio under producer Hutch Parker’s production company. In 2018, after working closely with former Production Tax & Incentive executives at 20th Century Fox, she followed suit and joined their team at Netflix. At Netflix, she supported the Film and Animation content teams, as well as the VFX teams, until leaving for A24 Films in 2023. 

Valerie was born and raised in Quebec, Canada. She holds a Master in Film Studies from University College London, and a BA in International Business from Université Laval, Canada.
